It is with great pleasure that we brought to the Philadelphia community this Knight Foundation Art Challenge project, Café under the Stars: Spotlighting Arts in the Barrio (Café), a series of seven monthly outdoor, live, innovative, performances in the Heart of Latino Philadelphia, which, except for Feria del Barrio, were staged at the site of Taller Puertorriqueño’s (Taller) future $10 million state of the art facility.
