You can also call us or stop by in person. * IF ENROLLING MULTIPLE CHILDREN, A REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED INDIVIDUALLY FOR EACH CHILD.
Step 2: Fill Out Application and Provide All Documents
We will follow up through email to let you know if your child is eligible. If so, we will send you a copy of our application (Spanish and English available.) You must fill out the application and provide all necessary documentation. This includes: your child’s most recent physical, immunization records and their most recent report card. Please send this information to Danny Melendez at dmelendez@tallerpr.org.
**Eligibility: Your child must be enrolled in the Philadelphia school district in order to attend Camp Taller. If your child is 5 years of age, they must have already attended kindergarten this past school year. Finally, your child must be available to attend all 6 weeks of camp. There are only 60 spots. Once registration is full, we cannot accept anymore campers. Anyone who wishes to remain on the waitlist in case we have students drop before or during the program, please let us know.
These requirements are based on our grant funding which allows us to host our camp for free. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Step 3: Complete
Once you have turned in all of your paperwork, your child is officially enrolled in Camp Taller. We will follow up with the class schedule, menu, and parent orientation.
