Join Taller Puertorriqueño in partnership with Penn Libraries and the University of Delaware for a free educational event to discover how to protect the treasured items that tell your family’s story. Whether you have photographs, letters, quilts, jewelry or documents you’ll learn practical techniques to help preserve them for future generations. Participants will explore best practices for handling and storing for family heirlooms. You can also bring a keepsake to have it digitized.*
(*We can photograph two-dimensional materials up to 13” x 18” (e.g. papers, photographs, cards, coins. It’s preferable that photos be unframed.)
