Just days before the five-year anniversary of Hurricane Maria, Puerto Rico was struck by another devastating hurricane. Bringing 85 mph winds and up to 30 inches of rain, Hurricane Fiona has caused catastrophic flooding, life-threatening landslides, and widespread power outages. The destruction inflicted by Hurricane Fiona compounds the ongoing struggle to rebuild in the wake of Maria.
