Free classes include dance lessons in salsa, merengue, swing, and bachata. Also included in the course are origami lessons (artistic paper folding) and creative writing.
Learn, create, and share with others weekly from the comfort of your own home. You can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Teaching artist Christina Castro-Tauser will lead you through lessons that inspire you to create, write, move, and share your stories:
- Guest artists will share their knowledge of different art forms and provide live music and love for what they do.
- The class will begin on Thursday (for English-speaking participants), January 28, 2021, and end on Thursday, March 4, with a final celebration. The final work is archived and displayed online and publicly at Taller Puertorriqueño.
- Thursday Classes will be in English.
- We will combine the English and Spanish classes two times for special guest artists.
