When people think of Carmen Febo San Miguel they think of steady, strong, consistent, never wavering, leadership. Her favorite animal is an unusual one: the snail. Carmen believes the way to reach goals is to identify them, even when they are far in the distance, and then move singularly towards the goal. This is a perfect metaphor for an endowment fund.
