Dr. Carmen Febo San Miguel, Taller’s beloved Executive Director, will retire this year! Dr. Febo has served the community for 36 years and on October 30th we honor her with a celebration. The event will be open to the public, with special guests, presentations, a banquet and musical performances. Be a part of saluting Dr. Febo for being such a change maker for Taller and for Philadelphia!
