What a year it has been!  “Despite it all,” Taller Puertorriqueño (Taller) was able to virtually celebrate our collective resilience, our fortitude, and everybody’s hard work in our traditional Parranda event this past Friday.  

If we missed you, or if you joined and wondered what more you can do…Our goal is $15,000.  We have raised $9,458 to date. To reach our goal by the end of the year, we need everyone’s help, no matter how small your contribution may seem.  All gifts matter because they show you care!

As Aracely Rosales (who now resides in Florida with her husband Carlos) stated in a message after Parranda: â€œGracias, gracias, gracias, por hacer este evento tan necesitado por todos. Especialmente gente que está lejos y no se puede movilizar.  Estamos solos, y esto nos hizo sentir que todavía tenemos y formamos parte de una comunidad. Solo Taller puede lograr eso.” (Thank you, thank you, thank you for doing this event so much needed by all.  Especially those of us that are far and cannot mobilize.  We are alone, and this made us feel that we are still part of a community. Only Taller can accomplish this.”)
