For Fall 2026, Estudio partners with The Clay Studio for a semester-long exploration of ceramics. Through a 12-week residency led by teaching artists from The Clay Studio, students are introduced to ceramic processes, techniques, and contemporary practices while developing work that connects artistic expression with creative entrepreneurship.

Students experiment with creating small objects and products while learning about pricing, production, and the relationships between artists, retailers, and curators. They also explore press molds, glazing, decorative techniques, and contemporary ceramic sculpture. In the final weeks of the semester, students develop individual multi-day projects, applying the skills and techniques they’ve learned to work rooted in their own ideas and creative interests.

The program includes a field trip to The Clay Studio, a visiting artist experience, hands-on studio instruction, and opportunities to explore ceramics as both an artistic practice and a potential creative career pathway.
